Right before the quarter started
the paper was in need of Mt. Baker photos, which was a great excuse for me to go skiing. I had never taken my camera up on the mountain before because I was always scared I would break it on my handfuls of crashes. It ended up not being a problem. I learned quickly that I needed to find something not covered in snow to give the skiers and snowboarders a sense of place in the whiteness. Here are a couple shots I took.


I wish I had the time to make it back up there soon.

You have some pretty cool photos here. Do you have any tips for taking pictures of people? I always find that awkward. But yeah, nice pictures!
